Due to orders being handmade and personalised the dispatch time is set, however if you message me before you purchase your item dependant on how busy I am I may be able to get your order to you before this date.

When you select your product at the checkout you will be asked to choose a font style and colour, or a design, or both. All of the available options will be shown in the images of the product, please view these before you purchase.

I'm always happy to hear requests for a special design, wording, writing or style. Please message me and ask, i'd love to hear your ideas and turn this into something truly unique to you!

As your embroidered items are locked into an embroidery hoop to have their personalisation applied, there may be some creasing where the hoops were. There may also be small remnants of the embroidery matting on the back of the clothing. Although every effort is taken to remove this, on some occasions it is simply not possible, these should come off in the wash.

I would recommend washing at 30 degrees or lower.

Here at handmadebysoph I'm offering a value alternative to embroidery. These prints are vibrant and very customisable, the only limit is your imagination with what is possible. When caring for these printed products please wash these inside-out, at temperatures 30 degrees or under. It is important to note that ironing these products or washing over 30 degrees is not recommended as this could cause the print to degrade.
